This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.vacuum-fresh.com, including its on-site AI assistant, machine selection tool, online calculators and enquiry form. The website is operated by Dongguan Yuanxian Food Machinery Co., Ltd. (referred to below as “we”, “us”).

2. What information we collect

• Information you submit. When you send a message through our contact form, submit a selection request or use an online calculator, we receive the name, email address, telephone number, company name and message you provide, together with any process parameters and technical data you send us.
• Contact form processing. Our contact form is hosted by a third-party form service (Formspree), which forwards your submission to us. That service is used only to deliver the form and is not used for advertising or profiling.
• On-site assistant conversations. The content of your conversation with our on-site AI assistant is stored on our servers so that we can answer your question and improve the service.
• Technical information. To keep the service running and to prevent misuse, our servers record the technical information necessary for access and rate limiting (such as a session identifier, IP address and access time).
• This website does not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts.

3. How we use the information

• To reply to your enquiry, issue quotations and discuss cooling solutions with you;
• To provide production, logistics and after-sales support related to your orders;
• To keep the website and the assistant service secure and stable, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.

4. Sharing

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• Where it is necessary in order to quote or to manufacture, we provide only the technical data required for a specific process to the partner workshop that performs that process, and we require that workshop to keep it confidential.
• We disclose information only where required by law or by a competent authority acting under law.

5. Retention

Enquiry and business correspondence records are kept for 3 years; assistant conversation records are kept for 12 months. After that period the information is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies, local storage and external resources

• This website does not use third-party advertising cookies and does not track visitor behaviour.
• It uses only the small amount of browser local storage needed for the site to function (such as language preference and a session identifier for the assistant).
• Some pages load fonts and map components from third-party CDNs (Google Fonts, unpkg/Leaflet). Loading these resources transmits your IP address to those providers; they are used for display only and not for advertising or behavioural tracking.
• A search-engine submission script reports the current page URL to search engines. It does not collect visitor personal information.

8. Where the information is stored

Our servers are located in China and the information may be processed within China.
