Dongguan Yuanxian Food Machinery Co., Ltd. builds vacuum cooling equipment for two different problems: taking field heat out of fresh produce, and taking cooking heat out of cooked food. Our own lines cover vegetable vacuum pre-coolers from 1,000 to 6,000 kg per batch, food vacuum coolers from 50 to 1,000 kg per batch, and freeze dryers from 0.4 m² laboratory units to 100 m² production systems. Chambers, refrigeration, vacuum and vapour-condensing systems are engineered together for the product, the batch weight and the target core temperature of each project.
