Shenzhen Export Cold Chain Hub: 6-Pallet Integration
A cold chain logistics hub in Shenzhen integrated a CVF-3000E-6P vacuum pre-cooler at the receiving dock, processing 15 tons of mixed produce per shift for export.
The Challenge
An export cold chain hub in Shenzhen, handling mixed container loads of leafy greens, mushrooms, and herbs for Southeast Asian markets, needed to bring inbound produce from field temperature to 4°C before loading into reefer containers. With 15 tons arriving daily across multiple suppliers, the existing cold room setup created a 4-hour bottleneck.
The Solution
We installed a CVF-3000E-6P vacuum pre-cooler directly at the receiving dock. The 6-pallet unit processes 3,000 kg per batch in 30–40 minutes, matching the pace of incoming truck arrivals.
