Without sufficient condenser capacity, the refrigeration system cannot maintain the โ10 to โ15ยฐC evaporator temperature needed for the vapour trap. The client needed consistent cooling cycle times year-round, even in the hottest summer months.

We delivered a CVF-3000-6P (6-pallet) vacuum pre-cooler with tropical-climate adaptations:
